Guarantee / Cancellation Policy
If you are not satisfied with your credit repair for any reason and would like to cancel your contract, please contact us by e-mail or phone to request cancellation at any time. EasyCreditHelpers.com customers can cancell at any time during your contract period with out penalty.
Refunds are issued in the same method as original payment. Credit/Debit card refunds take approximately 1-3 days for processing. Refunds can not be paid via check or money order unless prior arrangements have been made.
Please be advised that charges by your financial institution due to insufficient funds or excessive transactions are the responsibility of the account holder.
